Communication

Close, regular communication with each client is a keystone of Torindo's Quality Management Process. You won't see a formal quotation from us until we understand your requirements in depth.

To help calibrate the best approach to your localization, we can provide you with previous samples of our work as a point of departure for discussion. We will carefully consider the best approach to integrating your processes, infrastructure, and training requirements, as well as existing glossaries or style guides, into our process flow. Based on this communication, we will establish comprehensive project specifications.

As the project proceeds, we will contact or visit you regularly with progress updates. Frequent contact will also ensure that your product knowledge and ongoing feedback are seamlessly integrated into the localization process. If you are in another time zone, we will work to maximize the window of time for contact and collaboration.

Upon project completion, we will invite you to participate in a post-project review. This enables us to assess and recap the entire localization experience, comparing the results and your feedback against our quality benchmarks. We also conduct an internal review to help provide better service in the future.

Finally, rest assured that we will never overextend ourselves to capture your business. If we think a project is too large or complex for us to take on and still maintain our stringent quality standards, we will tell you.
