In July 2016, Torindo Co., Ltd. received certification for ISO 17100, the International Standard for translation services.
ISO 17100 provides requirements for work processes, translators (qualifications and competences), as well as other aspects necessary for the delivery of high quality translation services.
With this certification, it has been recognized that Torindo Co., Ltd. has in place a translation quality control system that can provide high quality translation services.
We will continue to vigorously carry out quality management in order to improve customer satisfaction.
