Privacy Policy
1.   Definition of personal information
Torindo defines all information by which an individual can be identified as personal information.
2.   Use of personal information
If Torindo jointly uses personal information with a third party or entrusts a third party to handle personal information, Torindo will conduct a strict investigation of the relevant third party and perform proper supervision to ensure confidentiality is maintained.
3.   Provision of personal information to third parties
Torindo will not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining prior consent from the provider of the personal information. However, Torindo will disclose information if legally requested to do so by an authorized public organization such as a court or the police.
4.   Management of personal information
Torindo will maintain both the accuracy and security of personal information. Torindo will take appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, or computer viruses, etc., to prevent any loss, damage, alteration or leakage of personal information. Torindo will not allow personal information to be leaked by means of carrying or transmitting personal information to the outside.
5.   SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
Torindo has adopted SSL, encryption technology on webpages where personal information is entered, to guard against unauthorized access by a third party. Data entered into the Contact Us page is sent to the network after it has been encrypted at the computer being used. 6.   Confidentiality
Torindo will never disclose to a third party any customer business or work related information that Torindo acquired through inquiries, irrespective of whether the information is of a form that is written, electronic data, or oral provision. However, Torindo will disclose information if legally requested to do so by an authorized public organization such as a court or the police. Torindo performs strict internal management for any received data and documents and takes great care to avoid leaking this information to outside parties.
